Zynga Partners With Forte For Blockchain-Based Game Development

Mobile gaming giant Zynga

said it will partner in a strategic alliance with software developer Forte to create blockchain-based games built around Zynga’s intellectual property portfolio and vast user base.

The company said its portfolio of casual and hyper-casual mobile games have been downloaded more than 4 billion times from app stores. Most recently, the company acquired an ad technology company and development studio specializing in cross-platform titles in an effort to expand its reach.

Forte is focused on building blockchain solutions on a platform used by dozens of game publishers.
