‘The Devil in Me’ star Jessie Buckley reflects on game development in new interview [Video]
November is not far away. And with their latest chapter of The Dark Pictures Anthology in The devil in me Arriving shortly after, Bandai Namco and Supermassive continue to build buzz for the game. The developers released the first of a two-part interview with the Oscar nominee Jessie Buckleythe star of The devil in me.
In the first part of the interview series, Buckley talks about her first experience as an actress in a video game and the challenges that come with it. Buckley also takes a look at his character in The devil in meKate Wilder, talks about the character’s personality and Kate’s relationship with the other characters as they try to survive the horrors of the terrifying Murder Castle.
In case you haven’t been following the story for The devil in me, the Lonnit Entertainment TV team is struggling to stay ahead of the competition. Fate intervenes when they receive an urgent and mysterious phone call from a man named Granthem Du’Met, who promises a tour of a faithful recreation of the castle from the murder of HH Holmes, an idea which, according to the founder of Lonnit Entertainment, Charlie Lonnit, might just save his show.
Kate Wilder (Buckley) is part of this ill-fated team who visits this strange hotel, which quickly turns into a death trap made by Du’Met. Observed, isolated and manipulated like rats in a maze, it soon becomes clear that the crew will have to make impossible choices that they might regret or not live at all.
The devil in me arrived November 18 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC via Steam.
